The staff were both courteous and polite. The service was good. Its location was central, easy walk to Broad Street. The restaurant was not too far away from the hotel.

The staff is smart, the breakfast delicious, the ocation is unbeatable close to Birmingham, centre of city and wall. Comfy bed, fairly clean bathroom and an electric kettle, an individual safe and an air conditioning in the room.

Everything was fantastic, exceptional staff made our stay really lovely. We stayed in a functional standard queen room with air conditioner, an iron and an electronic key card. Plenty of fab options for meal. Service was terrific too. Bottled drinks, good wifi were a nice surprise.

Really great stay, we were there for 1 day. The breakfast was wonderful, the personnel was extremely professional, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Loved the deluxe twin room, wouldn't mind staying there all day. Spacious bathroom.

Just a stone's throw national sea life centre and other tourist destinations. If you want to eat nearby, try Costa Coffee, which is situated 200 m away. We recommend once again. Birmingham City Centre neighbourhood was definitely worth visiting
